Fidelity TalentSource is looking for a Client Services Manager at Fidelity Investments. This position is based out of Westlake, Texas.

This is a part time contract role that can last up to a year and pays $27.00 an hour.

We are looking for self starters with a strong work ethic who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

The Purpose of Your Role

      Accountabilities / Responsibilities

      Provide operational support to the facility by performing various business office functions. These functions are to include (but not limited to): Human Resources, Medical Records, Credentialing, Admissions/Intake, Accounts Payable, Billing, Collections, Clinical Logs, month end reporting and other duties as assigned.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Coordinate the Business Office team and functions to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently
      • Responsible for direct supervision of non-medical personnel, including orientation, ongoing coaching and annual evaluations
      • Responsible for human resource procedures
      • As a working manager, is the backup to all business office teammates
      • Ensures that administrative and accounting procedures are carried out timely and accurately and monitors reports

      • Performs other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed


      Qualifications

      • Minimum of an Associate degree (Bachelors preferred)
      • 5 years of experience in a medically- related environment required- surgery center experience a plus
      • Supervisor of non-medical teammates required
      • Medical terminology knowledge required
      • Experience with patient admissions, scheduling, medical office operations desired
      • An understanding of how insurance processes work including the verification process required
      • Computer experience, Excel, Word, Medical Billing Software and Applications.
      • Experience with SharePoint and Survey monkey preferred but not required
      • Good communication skills and phone etiquette.

      Major Responsibilities

      We are hiring for our Account Management department as a Retention Agent at our Irving, Texas location.?

      In Account Management, our pursuit to make things right is the driving force behind our customer loyalty. We are the customer’s champion - the architect who builds a bridge between what the customer wants, and the value we have to offer through an array of ADT products, led by a mission to protect lives, hopes, dreams, and futures.

      • A day in the life of a Retention Agent looks like this:
      • Answering incoming calls about our products and services with existing customers
      • Retaining ADT customers by problem solving, deescalating customer issues and resolving account issues.
      • Reviewing all contacts for accuracy while enhancing the department’s ability to maximize profitability and resolution.
      • The ability to work independently to find the best solution.

      We’re looking for someone with these skills:

      • Experience in sales or retention
      • Effective communication skills that help deescalate customer calls while problem solving
      • The ability to work with multiple screens and programs open to help resolve customer issues
      • Be able to interpret contracts and communicate terms and conditions
      • Perform quick calculations

      Compensation

      • Competitive pay based on experience with additional financial incentives for team members.

      Start Date and Schedule

      • This role will begin April 5th at our Irving, TX location.?
      • Our department is closed on weekends, allowing our employees to receive every weekend off, no matter the shift.

      Fidelity TalentSource is looking for a Client Services Manager at Fidelity Investments. This position is based out of Westlake, Texas.

      This is a part time contract role that can last up to a year and pays $27.00 an hour.

      We are looking for self starters with a strong work ethic who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

      The Purpose of Your Role

      • Client Management: Responsible for taking incoming calls for HR/Payroll clients to provide guidance for processing payroll and help resolve client issues
      • Responsible for responding to client requests that come in via email and service requests.
      • Works closely with internal team (tax, operation) to resolve or bring up issues as appropriate.
      • Develop Domain Expertise: Build expertise in Time, general ledger, tax, or one of several other domains which are aligned to the payroll business. Use this expertise to service to aid other CSM's and service the book of all HR/Payroll clients.

      The Expertise We’re Looking For

      • 3+ years of client service experience
      • Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key client operational decision makers
      • Experience facilitating client interactions via phone or video
      • Top notch client skills
      • Knowledge of the HR/Payroll industry, accounting, and Time/Attendance products a plus.
      • Microsoft skills
      • Strong influencing skills and active listening
      • Ability to work independently
      • Dedication to getting things done
      • Demonstrates confidence in building a case with a successful outcome
      • Proven track record and success in identifying issues, as well as being able to determine and act upon the best solution
