As part of rapid organic and acquisitive growth, AVEVA have embarked on a business transformation programme to roll out Oracle Cloud ERP. Concur changes need to align closely with the ERP transformation journey and the Concur BA role will be pivotal on the rollout of Concur changes in parallel to each global ERP rollout Working with the Transformation Project Manager, you will use your analytical skills to support each country rollout of Concur changes, reflecting policy and other changes as these apply to each country. Our client, a leading Insurance software development company, is looking for a Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of the Lloyd’s and London Insurance Markets and ideally gained working with or for a London Broker. The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:

The Audience Strategist works alongside Mindshare’s Planning and Activation teams to accelerate our clients’ data-driven advantage to win the most valuable consumer moments more often. We work cross-functionally to ultimately construct media and content architectures to drive data-driven marketing efforts in the market. The Audience Strategist develops robust data-informed adaptive programs, inclusive of advanced targeting tactics, micro-segmentation, trigger-based decision rules, content architectures, and channels/tactics that best reach a high-value audience. You will work in tandem with the Analytics and Activation teams to ensure clear, measurable KPIs are established and that the adaptive audience strategy is executed across all addressable and programmatic and informs other highly agile media channels. To be successful in Customer Strategy you need to bring a hunger to uncover insights, learn and leverage emerging tech, and have a start-up mentality to build this new approach from the ground up.
In addition to working with Mindshare’s internal Planning and Implementation teams, the Audience Strategist will work with clients to enable their bespoke tech stacks that lay the foundation for executing adaptive marketing. You will also consult closely on the paid, owned, and earned media ecosystem to maximize customer engagements, connecting AdTech and MarTech to better understand journeys and outcomes.

The Audience Strategist is a digital native with a deep understanding of programmatic and agile media. You should understand and value the principles of performance marketing but understand that consumer journeys are dynamic and delivering against those journeys most effectively requires a full-funnel approach to marketing. As such, you will also be a proven applicator of data to inform outcome-based media approaches that fuel both short- and long-term business goals.
Audience Strategy: Leverage data and research to design audience-first, adaptive strategies that reach and connect with high-value consumers to ultimately move clear and measurable KPIs.
Evolving and Growing Customer Stagey: The Audience Strategist is also responsible for helping evolve Mindshare’s planning process to be fit for the future, ensuring that all initiatives are infused with performance principles and adaptive strategies.
