As an Income Recovery Officer at Hyde you will be working as part of the Central Income Services team to manage the prevention and recovery of rent arrears and other debts for all tenure types, (to include but not limited to rent accounts, homeowner accounts, sundry accounts, and former tenant accounts) in accordance with Hyde’s policies and procedures. Build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of customers from first point of contact, actively responding to all forms of customer contact (including inbound calls and digital communications) to help improve the overall customer experience in line with Hyde’s vision, policies, and service promise.
