(This is a remote role - field based).The role of our Business Development Manager is to achieve revenue targets through new and existing customers and driving financial growth through new business generation within a portfolio of customers.You will shape our presence across markets and develop our HRDI propositions portfolio by also identifying large cross sell / upsell opportunities within your portfolio.Qualifications Along with your previous new business experience, your success will also be attributed to understanding and communicating how solutions can meet the needs of our Clients and be able to create and develop trusting relationships with senior contacts in Target organisations.You will join a fantastic, supportive team where we work collectively to achieve our team and individual targets and all working towards a single sales objective of being number one in the industry.Internally you will also consult and partner with Account Managers, Product and Delivery teams to ensure that we win business and provide solutions that meet and exceed the needs you've uncovered in your Clients and Prospects.
