Job Title: AestheticianLocation: Henley on ThamesJob Description:The Consulting Room is seeking a dedicated and experienced Aesthetician to join a team at a prestigious clinic in Henley on Thames. This full-time role requires a professional with a minimum of Level 3 qualifications in beauty therapy, with additional qualifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dermapen microneedling and must be able to drive due to the clinic's location.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li dir="ltr">Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including microneedling, facials, chemical peels, and other skin therapies.</li><li dir="ltr">Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.</li><li dir="ltr">Maintain a high standard of client care and satisfaction.</li><li dir="ltr">Ensure all treatments are performed in line with clinic protocols and safety standards.</li><li dir="ltr">Maintain accurate client records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.</li><li dir="ltr">Promote and recommend products and services to clients, maximising opportunities for sales and referrals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li dir="ltr">Minimum Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy with additional qualifications.</li><li dir="ltr">Proven experience in performing Dermapen microneedling.</li><li dir="ltr">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li dir="ltr">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li dir="ltr">Must be able to drive due to the clinic's location.</li><li dir="ltr">Immediate availability for the right candidate.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li dir="ltr">£40,000 annual salary plus commissions.</li><li dir="ltr">Opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.</li><li dir="ltr">A supportive and dynamic work environment.</li></ul>How to Apply:If you are passionate about aesthetics and meet the requirements above, we would love to hear from you.
