16 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Here at Restore Datashred, we are now looking for an Operations Administrator to handle all administration at our Bedwas depot. With an emphasis on first class customer service, you will ensure that all enquiries are dealt with quickly and accurately and that all daily and weekly tasks are completed within the relevant timescales.
The Operations Administrator will input incoming orders and contracts onto the relevant computer system, liaise with the Manager regarding route planning and add additional visit requests by customers to existing routes to maximise route efficiency. You will also assist with vehicle management which may include; managing vehicle defect sheets, check and file tachographs and record fuel receipts.

We’re looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a friendly yet professional telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure, showing flexibility when required. You’ll need to be a good problem solver, be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and be able to deal empathetically, assertively and politely with both internal and external customers. Competency in standard software packages such as Microsoft Office is essential.

The Children, Young People and Family Health Services Directorate, has exciting opportunities for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us to support reception / administration duties.
