  • Previous and relevant Account Management experience

 

  • Experience working in the IT or Telephony sector. You will need some understanding of Technical products and have an interest in them

 

  • Client-Focused Solutions Experience

 

  • Basic Project Management / Co-ordination Skills

 

  • Strong numeracy skills

 

  • Ability to communicate well (fluent English, written and spoken)

 

  • Talent for Influencing Client Management

 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously

 

  • Sales Skills – good negotiation, listening, communication and presentation skills

 

  • Valid and clean driving licence

Main Responsibilities:

Knowing your customers & managing your accounts:
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with employers, training providers and strategic partners, across a designated region, to deliver growth in new and existing accounts

Delivery of new business
  • Achieving challenging sales targets, growing sustainable commercial, education and membership revenue streams

Brand ambassador
  • Represent them at a range of internal and external events, promoting the organisation's mission, vision and values at all times

What experience you'll need:
  • Experience of strategic account and customer relationship management
  • A track record of exceeding targets and KPI's
  • Knowledge of the professional legal services sector (or similar) including business priorities, recruitment practices and learning & development strategies
  • Proven track record of winning business and increasing account value through B2B sales
  • Graduate or equivalent level of education, ideally in a business or marketing related subject
