The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading multiple projects autonomously whilst simultaneously contributing to new business opportunities, nurturing the junior account-handling team and getting the best out of the wider team on the project (creative, copywriting, UX, and strategy).
Within a supportive and friendly team, your day to day activities will be varied spanning strategic planning, creative development, messaging and asset execution.

The Social Media Executive Role:

About You:
+ Proven experience managing social accounts – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
+ Community management and social management software e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite
+ Confident in implementing and optimising Paid Advertising campaigns
+ Proficient at reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g. Sprout Social)
+ Social listening and monitoring
+ Ability to develop client-facing campaign plans and reports
+ Excellent written and communication skills, social copywriting
+ Understanding of influencer marketing, experience sourcing /activating influencers
+ Comfortable in client facing situations
+ Previous experience of a fast-paced environment / agency
+ Best practice is at the heart of everything you do
+ Minimum 2 years of experience
+ German speaker to native-level

Responsibilities:
+ Daily management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met, work is of the highest quality
+ Daily handling of client queries and preparing monthly client meetings
+ Handling organic & paid content across social platforms; owning campaign roll-out, working with Social Partners
+ Supporting Social Partners with campaign ideation and planning, decks, etc.
+ Managing paid social activity and proactively applying optimisations to improve performance
+ Social listening and community management – providing top-class customer service and crisis management
+ Supporting Brand Journalists / creatives with content planning and copywriting to order to produce impactful content
+ Scheduling social content, and checking-in on a daily basis for quality control
+ Sourcing and validating influencers, securing collaborations – including negotiation, briefing and monitoring
+ Reporting across content, organic and paid social – gathering learnings & benchmarking metrics to present to clients and the rest of the team, and setting clear actions to implement
+ Tracking social trends and industry news, and sharing knowledge as appropriate
+ Social audits, research and insights gathering to support seniors on social consultancy projects and briefs
+ You will be primarily working on travel and 3rd sector clients
