The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading multiple projects autonomously whilst simultaneously contributing to new business opportunities, nurturing the junior account-handling team and getting the best out of the wider team on the project (creative, copywriting, UX, and strategy).

What you’ll do

Daily responsibilities

  • Provide high quality delivery and a consistent high level of strategic and creative output across the entire account, ensuring the creative concepts and materials produced meet the brief and are free from errors
  • Ensure agreed workflow planning and creative briefing procedures are implemented
  • Effectively plan and manage resource across your team, anticipating issues and developing appropriate cross-capability solutions
  • Financial accountability
  • Contribute to strategy reviews on programmes in conjunction with Account Director and Senior Consultant
  • Understand the strategic and campaign planning outputs
  • Ensure your client is kept up to date on account/project status and lead discussions on new/changed requirements and/or changes to budget and timings.

Professional relationships

  • Build on existing client relationships and also identify and forge relationships with new clients
  • Proactively support the growth and development of other account handlers within the account team 
  • Resolve team issues and conflict in an effective, timely and diplomatic manner demonstrating understanding of all disciplines involved

Knowledge/expertise:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant codes of practice/legislation governing ethical advertising/media/web-based communication with healthcare professionals, patients and public
  • Keep abreast of clinical, regulatory and economic changes that impact your accounts and flag any potential issues appropriately with client and/or account team

About you

Essential

  • Previous experience in a client-management role within a healthcare agency setting
  • Experience of co-ordinating teams (account, planning, creative, digital, production) to deliver multichannel creative campaigns all the way through from concept development through to tactical delivery
  • Comfortable producing costing sheets, managing project budgets and reconciliation
  • Awareness of regulatory approval systems (Veeva, iMR preferable)
  • Experience in coaching and managing junior account team members

Desired

  • Experience of managing agency workflow/projects for a global oncology launch

An Experienced NPI Project Manager is needed by one of the fastest-growing international electric motor technology companies.
You will have experience of handling complex programs from initial Concept through to Mass Production. As the Project Manager, your key focus will be to work with a talented team of Sales and Application Engineers in the UK and their Design Engineering Team in Hong Kong for the successful deployment of products specified into their customers' devices.
They design and manufacture a comprehensive range of miniature motor mechanisms for a variety of highly specialised applications. The Role:
Initially, this role will involve supporting the roll-out of a complex mechanism for the medical devices industry. You will be liaising both with their customers and internal stakeholders (account manager, product development engineers, fulfillment & manufacturing) to support the delivery of this NPI project on time and on budget.
As this program matures to MP, you will be tasked with planning and leading the implementation of other NPI projects and directly managing a number of key customer accounts, overseeing each new product from initial concept through to delivery. Working to expand their business relationships with these customers to maximise the value-add we can offer them.
This will be an important role in managing their complex sales and project delivery cycles which are the key to the company's growth strategy. Full training will be provided on their products and bespoke ERP & MRP systems. Opportunities for career growth will be available as the business continues to grow, year on year.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelors University degree, in electronics/mechanical engineering, computer science, or another field of engineering/science
  • Over 10 years engineering background
  • Experience delivering NPI Projects with good matrix management skills

Role purpose:

A role exists within Mindshare Outcomes within a growing Paid Searchspecialist team. We are looking for an experience Paid Searchsenior account executive who will play an instrumental role in further developing our offering by taking ownership of the ongoing client engagement, managing Paid Searchdelivery with support from Paid Social Manager to implement the strategic vision and execute best practice activation. In this role, you will also work closely with other sister agencies in the network, creative agencies, data teams, PR etc.

The Role:

The candidate will report to the Paid SearchAccount Manager.  Working within the Paid Search team, they will be integral to achieving client goals, and the development and optimization of Paid Searchactivity as part of integrated multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of successfully planning, executing and optimizing Paid Searchcampaigns. They will need to demonstrate knowledge of native platform suppliers and 3rd party providers, as well as developing an understanding of their available products and services.

 

Key skills & knowledge:

-          Experience setting up and optimizing campaigns withinGoogle, Bing via SA360/Marin/Kenshoo, etc.

-          Experience using custom audiences and automation to enhance Paid Searchstrategy and performance

-          Analytically minded with an aptitude for handling large data sets in order to identify trends and actionable insights

-          Strong understanding of Paid Searchbest practices around for example buying strategies, formats and audiences

-          Understanding of measurement capabilities via the native platforms and 3rd party tools

-          Intermediate experience using Excel and PowerPoint (Charts and graphs, pivot tables)

-          Proactive approach to expanding knowledge and capabilities

-          Attention to detail

-          Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a wider, cross-channel team

-          Programming or coding knowledge is not mandatory, but is advantageous

 

 

 

Principal responsibilities:

 

Performance

  • Work with digital platforms like Google SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads to run best practice compliant Paid Searchcampaigns. And the opportunity to run ads across other platforms.
  • Competently create media plans designed to achieve specified KPIs
  • Understand how digital media can be measured and tracked using third party technology, such as Double-click Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Navigate and implement advanced features within native and 3rd part digital management platforms (I.e. automation, bid rules, audience expansions/creation, and feed integration)
  • Identifyand implementtesting approaches to improve campaign performance against KPIs
  • Carry out regular account optimization in order to improve performance against KPIs
  • Complete client reporting and analyze campaign results extracting insight in order to provide recommendations for future activity
  • Contribute to regular client meetings;preparing and presenting performance detail and account action updates
  • Effectively manage your workload, and submit deliverables to your Account Manager within deadlines

 

People

  • Effectively communicate with your Manager, client team and client contacts regarding deadlines and delivery of work
  • Train Grads and Executives on how to effectively and efficiently build Paid Search campaigns and applying best practices for managing Paid Searchactivity

What you’ll do

Daily responsibilities

  • Provide high quality delivery and a consistent high level of strategic and creative output across the entire account, ensuring the creative concepts and materials produced meet the brief and are free from errors
  • Ensure agreed workflow planning and creative briefing procedures are implemented
  • Effectively plan and manage resource across your team, anticipating issues and developing appropriate cross-capability solutions
  • Financial accountability
  • Contribute to strategy reviews on programmes in conjunction with Account Director and Senior Consultant
  • Understand the strategic and campaign planning outputs
  • Ensure your client is kept up to date on account/project status and lead discussions on new/changed requirements and/or changes to budget and timings.

Professional relationships

  • Build on existing client relationships and also identify and forge relationships with new clients
  • Proactively support the growth and development of other account handlers within the account team 
  • Resolve team issues and conflict in an effective, timely and diplomatic manner demonstrating understanding of all disciplines involved

Knowledge/expertise:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant codes of practice/legislation governing ethical advertising/media/web-based communication with healthcare professionals, patients and public
  • Keep abreast of clinical, regulatory and economic changes that impact your accounts and flag any potential issues appropriately with client and/or account team

About you

Essential

  • Previous experience in a client-management role within a healthcare agency setting
  • Experience of co-ordinating teams (account, planning, creative, digital, production) to deliver multichannel creative campaigns all the way through from concept development through to tactical delivery
  • Comfortable producing costing sheets, managing project budgets and reconciliation
  • Awareness of regulatory approval systems (Veeva, iMR preferable)
  • Experience in coaching and managing junior account team members

Desired

  • Experience of managing agency workflow/projects for a global oncology launch
