The candidate should be enthusiastic and friendly, capable of meeting and greeting customers well. Once trained they would be presenting and explaining products to potential customers, closing sales, processing the orders and relaying instructions of preparation to workshop colleagues etc. This needs to be done in a professional manner as the average product value is £2,000+. Duties will be varied, including answering the phones, taking orders, general shop/office duties and assisting in supporting the national network of retailers.
