About the role
As our administrator, you`ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them to book and rearrange their diabetic eye screening appointments. You`ll set up our clinics and then send out appointment and results letters to our patients in time for them to attend their appointment.
We`re looking for you to really drive engagement with our patients, offering them a caring and empathetic service, whilst always looking at and thinking about new ways for us to reach out and communicate with them. Guided by your team leader you`ll be a valuable member of our team all of whom are driven and enthusiastic when it comes to making sure our patients attend their appointments and receive brilliant follow up care and we`d want you to have that same passion.
Working with our failsafe officers and screeners and screener graders no day will be the same, so be ready for an interesting and varied new job!
Working pattern will be Mon - Fri 08.00 - 16.00 and 10.00 - 18.00 alternating weekly. Occasional Saturdays will also be required, working 08.30 - 14.30.
This post does take a high call volume.
