This position is a full-time, part-time or job share post of 37.5 hours per week.

This is an exciting development opportunity to gain experience working with adults experiencing distressing mental health issues.
We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our supportive and innovative team.
We have a multi-disciplinary approach and our service users really benefit from the unique mix of skills, experiences and backgrounds that this offers.
You must be professionally registered and have experience of the CPA process.
Knowledge of the trust computer systems would be an advantage although training would be given for the right candidate.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage a complex case load. Experience of this would be a distinct advantage.
We are a generic team although we look to have team member’s work toward their individual strengths. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with people towards their recovery. With this you will receive regular supervision and support from the senior practitioner in the team.
The team works Monday to Friday with the core hours of 9-5 and covers a large geographical area. Due to this we encourage remote working and will enable you with the right equipment to do your job.
