Beside the River Medway in the county of Kent lays Tonbridge, a small market town with a population of some 40,000. As part of the borough of Tonbridge and Malling, the population increases to upwards of 120,000. Main trunk routes include the A21 towards London, the A26 to Brighton and the M20 which connects to the M25 motorway.
