Staines, a suburban town on the River Thames, in Surrey, lies within the London Commuter Belt. The Staines post town spans a network of villages, including Stanwell, Wraysbury, Laleham and Egham Hythe. The last of these is a ward that’s a part of neighbouring Egham, which is home to several listed buildings and businesses.
