We now have a vacancy for a Staff Nurse to work alongside the Ward Manager and wider team in making this new ward in the west of Cornwall a success. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate how they would work to provide a refreshed innovative, creative, dynamic and evidenced based service model within this environment.
This is a fulltime post working 37.5 hours per week, both day and night shift working is required to fulfil this post.

Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Therapy Support Worker to join our Clinical Specialist Therapists working in Stroke and Neurology in the community locality of the West of Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a rehabilitation setting, excellent communication skills and a flexible approach. You will work closely with the Clinical Specialist PT/OT in Stroke and Neurology and will be required to manage your own time and supervised caseload, working in the community.
Duties will include following general and specialist rehabilitation programmes with clients who have a wide variety of acquired and progressive neurological conditions, including Stroke. You will be working with experienced health care professionals as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team who will give support and training for you to develop in the role to reach your full potential. We offer regular supervision, in-service training programme and a commitment to professional development.
