We are looking to recruit a friendly confident individual to work within the Mental Health Services for Older People Service as an Out-Patient Receptionist within the Department of Psychological Medicine based at the Queens Medical Centre.
This is a customer facing role and you must have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills in order to ensure the smooth running of the reception function to support the clinical teams and internal and external visitors / patients who access the service.
You will need to be IT literate, enthusiastic and have self-motivation as well as being able to operate within the wider administrative team. You will be required to deal with telephone calls that are received and divert them to relevant staff, departments within the service and ensure each call is dealt with effectively.

· Maintaining personnel records on the HR system, currently CIPHR.
· Assisting the senior HR team with employee inductions, training sessions, changes to company policies and data collation.
· Creating business data into presentable reports for senior management teams.
