Your part in the team

As a Vending Machine Stock Replenishment Representative, you will form part of our Customer solutions team and will play a crucial part in our Large Customer operation. You will understand our customer’s current vending implementation experience and make recommendations to improve their offering. You will also replenish vending solutions onsite for our customers whilst developing great relationships to become a trusted partner.

Faults are typically resolved by using the computer, so you’ll need to ensure you have a good understanding of IT to truly add value to our customers. Your can-do attitude and willingness to help our customers will ensure the maintenance of their equipment and that their operation will continue to run smoothly or with as little delay as possible.

Be part of our dynamic and exciting band 5 Physiotherapy rotation; a community rotation with an acute twist. Working in a community setting is incredibly rewarding - as well as getting the chance to help people stay in their local community and achieve their potential, we now also offer our band 5’s the opportunity to rotate into the Royal Berkshire Hospital to complete acute rotations of your choice. We offer excellent In-service training, including one to one clinical development on each rotation participating in a robust teaching programme. Alongside this you will receive peer and management support as well as other development opportunities.

Develop your skills in musculoskeletal outpatients, including working with Advanced Practice Physiotherapists. Fine tune your rehabilitation skills on In-patients and follow on to Intermediate Care rotations where you can progress your discharge planning whilst keeping patients independent at home and avoiding them being admitted to hospital. In the acute part of the rotation you will have the opportunity to gain experience in surgery, medicine, ITU and orthopaedics at our local acute trust.

  • To work as a rotational physiotherapy practitioner to provide a high quality, responsive physiotherapy service within the community, in-patients or outpatients departments across Berkshire

Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will manage and support a caseload of up to 24 forensic service users with mental health conditions. You will be responsible for assessments, CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals, Managers Hearings and will be requested to supervise junior staff members.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead and promote child and adult safeguarding and will empower recovery to encourage service users to engage in their care plans and achieve their goals.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be supported regionally and will have access to a variety of training and online courses to support your career development and growth.
Your responsibilities:

  • Lead child and adult safeguarding.
  • Lead the multidisciplinary teams on non-medical mental capacity issues and best interest decisions
  • Liaising with external agencies to enable them to fulfill their statutory duties, for example: MAPPA, Local Authority Social Services, Police and Probation
  • Supporting carers and families of detained patients

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Social work qualification
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the relevant legislation
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in mental health

Copart currently owns and manages a fleet of over 300 vehicles that are a combination of vehicle transporters and plant machinery along with LGV Class 1 Drivers. We are currently seeking experienced HGV/LGV Drivers to join our team at our Thatcham (Newbury) Operations Centre.
And in return we offer an initial training rate of £30,000 for experienced LGV drivers as well as excellent additional earnings opportunities that could see a total package of around £37,000 per annum, which includes a quarterly performance related reward.
In addition to being a Class 1 or Class 2 driver with a current LGV Licence, you'll need to demonstrate a valid DQC, have relevant driving experience, have extensive driving experience in both rural and urban environments as well as possessing great communication and customer service skills.

We are pleased to be able to offer a band 6 physiotherapist role working in the West Berkshire area. We are a community team covering from Lambourn to Tilehurst. We are an integrated team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy assistants. The service supports multiple pathways including Community Reablement, Rapid Response, Falls and Community Physiotherapy.   • Support all intermediate care pathways to promote the timely assessment and management of referrals with multiply co-morbidities and rehabilitation needs.
  • To support more junior members of the intermediate care team with clinical development and caseload management.

Your part in the team

As a Vending Machine Stock Replenishment Representative, you will form part of our Customer solutions team and will play a crucial part in our Large Customer operation. You will understand our customer’s current vending implementation experience and make recommendations to improve their offering. You will also replenish vending solutions onsite for our customers whilst developing great relationships to become a trusted partner.
