There is an exciting opportunity in the Kings Lynn PCN Community Nursing team for a qualified Nursing Associate, band 4. The successful Nursing Associate will support the Registered Nurse in the contribution of on-going assessment, treatment and care planning for patients in their own homes and community settings.

You will be able to work autonomously and work in an integrated way with our partners in health and social care.

The ability to work as part of a team and to have an adaptable approach to work is essential as the service operates between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00 hours, and you would be required to work shifts between these times. Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Level 2 in Business Administration/Information Technology or able to demonstrate excellent  MS office knowledge and application.
  • 5 GCSE’s grade C including English and Math’s            
  • Proven experience of working in a busy HR office would be essential, a Foundation CIPD Certificate or thorough understanding of employment legislation including contracts of employment would be desirable.

You will have excellent communication, organisation and good numeracy skills.  You will be self-motivated to achieve all tasks in an effective, efficient and timely manner.

Permanent - Nursing Associate post, AfC Band 4

There is an exciting opportunity in the Kings Lynn PCN Community Nursing team for a qualified Nursing Associate, band 4. The successful Nursing Associate will support the Registered Nurse in the contribution of on-going assessment, treatment and care planning for patients in their own homes and community settings.

You will be able to work autonomously and work in an integrated way with our partners in health and social care.

The ability to work as part of a team and to have an adaptable approach to work is essential as the service operates between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00 hours, and you would be required to work shifts between these times.
