Senior Digital Project Manager (Band 7)

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is working with partners across the care community to deliver a unique, cross care setting, real time, patient-centric electronic patient record that will improve the quality and delivery of care to the patient. The Trust’s Integrated Health Record programme and other associated digital projects will enable improved communication between patient and care providers.

The main purpose of the role is to lead in the delivery of projects that will enable staff to transition effectively from paper based processes to new ways of working enabled by the effective use of a real time, cross care setting, shared and integrated electronic patient record. The post-holder will take responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, ensuring that realistic project, quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained and that change control procedures are in place. The post will be responsible for monitoring and controlling resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages the expectations of all project stakeholders.

The post holder will work in conjunction with clinicians and managers and will lead and advise project staff to achieve the identified objectives relating to the assigned project and will ensure that patient and clinical benefit are key drivers throughout their work.

The Role of a Support Worker:

Our busy Catering Department requires highly motivated and proactive Housekeepers with the ability to work in an ever changing Healthcare environment where flexibility is essential.

Communication and a friendly manner is key to this role as you will be working in a team environment and will be having direct contact with patients who must be treated with dignity and respect. You must be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant manner. High standards of personal hygiene and appearance are a must.

As a housekeeper your duties will include serving meals and beverages to patients, taking patients meal orders, taking and recording fridge temperatures, ensure cleanliness of ward kitchen, general duties to support the clinical team.

The desire to provide a high standard of service along with experience with patients or customers are essential.
