  • Adviser servicing such as change of address & contact details.
  • Noting changes to Adviser records.
  • Appointing Suitable Certifiers.
  • Payment of commission and fees.
  • Appointing Fund Advisers.
  • Administration of commission and Adviser related queries, including updates and general enquiries from Advisers.

Main duties of the job

As part of our small, friendly and supportive team, youll provide an alternative to inpatient admission, and support people with severe and acute mental health problems, whilst undergoing intensive treatment for their mental health needs.

Within this role you will pay an important role in planning, implementing and evaluating care plans for those under our care, supporting their recovery through providing expert psychological interventions, with a recovery focus.

  • Work as an autonomous practitioner responsible for managing their own time whilst balancing the demands of a caseload of clients who present as acutely unwell, with complex needs and increased risks.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team contributing to the delivery of community based care to patients in accordance with their individualised plan of care taking into account any provisions of the Mental Health Act 1998.
