OKEHAMPTON, SWWe are a family run residential home with up to 36 people to care and support to enjoy their life and remain as independent as possible, we are expanding so we will have 36 people.
We are seeking people who can make a real difference to our home. Previous care experience isn't necessary as we support our staff to expand their knowledge and understanding of our resident’s needs.
No qualifications required as we support our staff to complete our comprehensive induction process with extended shadow shifts and training opportunities, including the care certificate (if not already completed) ongoing training will be provided.
Diplomas level 2 (use to be known as Nvq's) can be completed.
We support our staff to complete our comprehensive induction process with extended shadow shifts and training opportunities, including the care certificate (if not already completed) you will need to complete two day shifts as part of your induction process , ongoing training will be provided.
Shifts available are One to two nights a week Nights ( 8pm-8am) at times there maybe more shifts.

What will I be responsible for?
