•Perform full test and Inspection on all works and the correct completion of NICEIC certification in preparation for Supervisor authorisation

•Take responsibility for the training, progression and management of an accompanying Apprentice, ensuring that they follow all required standards, company expectations and that their development is reported for appraisal purposes
Qualifications Required:
•City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 or equivalent NVQ Level 3,
•City & Guilds 2382 18th edition
•City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 Test and Inspection Qualification
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electrical installation condition reports
Experience Required:
•Minimum 2 years’ experience as a fully qualified Electrician
•Experience of Testing and Inspection, reading and interpreting specifications and drawings
•Familiar with NICEIC requirements
•Successful Apprentice Training (with evidence), and the ability to coach and advise
•Exceptional communication and organisational skills, and able to work in a methodical and calm manner
•Excellent attention to details, ensuring accuracy, and able to work under pressure to achieve required Client Service Level’s and KPIs
•Calm under pressure and able to work on specified time bound tasks
•Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, or with an apprentice when required
•The ability to use own initiative, but also know when matters need to be referred to Senior Management Team
•Presentable and able to undertake duties in line with Managements’ recommendations and instructions
