Job Summary

Saint Flooring are a leading flooring contractor with branches covering most of England supplying and installing floor coverings to the new house build industry. Due to our continued growth, we require a  Warehouse Operative/Back up driver to fill a new expansion project for our Midlands region.

Main Objectives

To work with the Logistics & Distribution Manager to ensure the smooth running of a busy warehouse and central distribution hub.

The Role

The Person

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced self-motivated Warehouse Operativewho can anticipate issues before they arise and can use their own initiative to achieve the right outcome.  In addition, the right person will; 

  • Ability to measure flooring accurately prior to cutting and hand measure all cuts
  • Hold a current driving licence. Must be over 21 for our Fleet insurance with a minimum 1-year driving experience (vans)
  • Aforklift truck licence is desirable but not essential
  • Be physically fit – ability to lift/carry carpets and flooring packs
  • Have good communication skills to build good working relationships
  • Be flexible and can work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Be available to work varying hours – early starts/late finishes as and when required

 

Salary - £20,000 per annum (£10.19 per hour)

Job Type: Full-time 37.75 hours a week, with extra hours as and when required.

This is a 24 hour service, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7:00am to 2:30pm and 2:00pm to 9:30pm, waking nights and some weekends

The post holder will be joining a growing team to provide administrative support to Community Paediatricians and Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and respond to queries from parents, schools and other professionals. We are looking to recruit someone who has personal experience of autism and the impact this diagnosis may have on the child and their family. The applicant needs to be able to demonstrate empathy and be passionate about ensuring families have the appropriate support both following a diagnosis of autism, but also where a child has difficulties but does not receive a diagnosis. This person will join the Umbrella Pathway Team, the autism assessment pathway team for 0-18 year olds in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will be required to respond to enquiries and offer telephone support by listening to the needs of parents and carers and also wider stakeholders who are affected by the pathway.

We are looking to set up a program of support for our children and families in partnership with the local authority and education services and therefore the successful candidate will require excellent administration skills in order to maintain systems and processes to signposting purposes. They will also be required to arrange and facilitate training and workshop events to meet the needs of families and also support the wider administration team with their tasks. There will need to be good communication between partner agencies especially those organisations where families currently seek support.

About us

Worcester City PCN is one of the largest in the country comprising of 10 doctors surgeries. We work closely together and formed the PCN in July 2019.

GENERIC RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide technical assistance and administrative support, working with the Medicine Optimisation Pharmacists and clinicians in GP practices to implement and maintain high quality, cost effective changes in prescribing patterns and trends and reducing medicine related risk to patients.

To act as key contact where appropriate, for the Primary Care Networks to effectively implement or facilitate medicines management initiatives.

To undertake appropriate medicine optimisation activities that may include audit with GP practices as directed by the Clinical Director.

About the post

The post holder will support the Mental Health Support Team in School who are currently based at across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The post-holder will be part of the wider CAMHS admin team, and there may be occasions when you are required to work from other Trust locations to support the service according to business needs and therefore flexibility is required. As such, these posts will suit a confident individual who can use their own initiative on a daily basis.

The role will include receiving phone calls, booking appointments, overseeing waiting lists, entering data on the patient record system and liaising with a range of healthcare professionals and other agencies such as schools. Secretarial support will also be provided to clinicians which includes typing and taking notes at team meetings.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be used to working to prescribed processes to complete set tasks by deadlines and always have the best interests of the patient at the centre of everything you do. You will have good diary management skills and be able to prioritise your own work effectively whilst assisting clinicians in organising their time.As this is a new service the successful applicants will to shape processes going forwards using their existing knowledge and skills

A good working knowledge of Excel is absolutely essential. You will have at least two years of administrative/secretarial experience, knowledge of a range of secretarial procedures and be familiar with Microsoft Word applications. You must have a Level 3 Business Administration qualification and GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language.
