JOB DESCRIPTION (Event Organiser)

Cheeki Monkeys are recruiting event organisers for a varied role within our already successful team.

 

As a Cheeki Monkeys event organiser, your tasks will involve:

 

  • Sourcing venues to hold our events
  • Uploading upcoming event dates to free event listing websites and parent forums
  • Promoting our Nearly New Baby Sales via Social Media platforms
  • Building relationships with family orientated business
  • Overseeing event days; venue setup/directing stallholders to their allocated pitches etc.

 

Most of your work will involve marketing your events online (using Facebook etc.). This role is suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds, NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED as Cheeki Monkeys will provide you with all of the knowledge that you require to be a successful event organiser within our organisation. Our mentoring techniques are valued highly by our existing team of event organisers.

 

Working with Cheeki Monkeys is like being part of a supportive family, our team are a friendly bunch and welcome new event organisers with open arms. The ongoing support that you will receive from Cheeki Monkeys and our current event organisers is unrivalled.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Basic computer skills and access to the internet

Dialysis experience is not essential as full training will be given. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals who want to make a difference in our patients' lives.

A rotation is required to the Shrewsbury unit for training opportunities and to work with the many specialist nurses involved in the Renal Unit.

Job Description

The Governance and Legal team work with a wide range of stakeholders to support our compliance and regulatory requirements.

As a Governance Assistant you’ll be

  • Supporting committee and board meetings, providing a seamless, streamline service.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own work.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with the ability to touch type.
  • Ensuring Terms of Reference and Governance requirements are adhered to, with effective engagement with all stakeholders to ensure compliance across the business.

    You’ll have experience in

  • Office administration, with an understanding of Governance.
  • Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Customer Services and a polite and friendly persona

    You’ll have these skills and attributes

  • An effective and efficient administrator
  • Drive, enthusiasm and determination with strong organisational and planning skills
  • Effective communication
