Are you a nurse with existing and/or previous experience in critical care? If so we’d like to hear from you! We are looking for registered nurses to join the Nurse Bank with current or previous critical care experience.
The critical care unit is an 8 bedded unit covering both Intensive and High dependency care. You will be expected to work alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals in the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care. You will have a supportive individualised induction depending on your previous experience supported by the unit’s clinical educator and you will work with an experienced team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists who can support you.

Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic, newly qualified or already registered band 4 Registered Nursing Associate looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated Nursing Associate to join our Diabetes Inpatient Specialist Nursing (DSN) team at Northern Devon Healthcare Trust (NDHT).
The post will be part time (30 hours per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and enthusiastic multidisciplinary specialist team who are dedicated to providing individualised evidence based care; developing and improving our expertise in assessing the holistic needs of patients with diabetes in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Our specialist nursing team have a very strong nurse-led medical model for diabetes which has led to a very favourable GIRFT (Getting It Right First Time) report. Successful candidates can therefore expect to work autonomously, managing your own inpatient workload whilst being supported to develop your skills and knowledge within the diabetes service. You will need excellent communication skills, and confidence to liaise with patients, primary care staff and other partners.

We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our desktop support team within the Digital Technology Office.
We are looking to appoint a Desktop Support Officer to integrate into our existing desktop support team, to provide second-line support for the IT user population. Applicants should have experience of working in a similar IT role, preferably within ITIL processes.
The candidate will have good working knowledge of IT desktop environments such as Window 10, be able to support mainstream Microsoft products such as the Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory and Apple/Android mobile devices. Experience of application delivery and upgrades through the use of tools such as SCCM, Zenworks or MDM products such as intune or VMware workspace one is highly desirable.
The Digital Technology Office provides support for users at the Northern Devon Healthcare Trust, with sites situated across Northern and Eastern areas of the county. The Organisation currently provides IT services to approximately 4000 users and 4000 end user devices across the region.
The candidate will work with all levels and staff groups within the Trust, so good communication skills are essential. They must work well under pressure in a fast moving incident led team, but also be able to deliver small scale works such as software upgrades, IT relocation, and new application implementations.
Candidates must have the ability to travel to meet the requirements of the role. Extensive knowledge of the local geographic area and experience supporting users within a corporate IT environment is also desirable.

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Dental Therapist who is passionate about providing high quality dental care to join our committed Team. The role is 22.5 hours per week and is on a substantive basis.

We currently have a part time vacancy for an experienced Dental Therapist looking for a new challenge within the Salaried Dental Service. You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team with experienced dentists and nursing staff.
The jobholder will treat community and emergency patients of all ages within our main department and community hospitals. Experience of providing treatment under sedation would be advantageous.
Full GDC registration is essential.
Previous experience in General Dental Practice is preferable but, support from experienced colleagues is available within the department. Preference will be given to candidates with a sedation qualification. Continuous professional development is encouraged.
