This omnichannel retailer has gone from strength to strength over the course of 2020, and while they continue to open stores across the UK, they are also at the same time pushing their 2021 (and beyond) digital plans.

This role will be responsible for generating revenue through the appropriate merchandising and seamless operation of the brand website. Through the analysis of site metrics, the Online Merchandiser will work in close collaboration with the digital, ecommerce and commercial teams to ensure products are performing in line with category targets and predeterminded KPIs. In addition to this, you will be responsible for a junior member of the merchandising team, so an ability to motivate and inspire personnel is required.

The Online Merchandiser will:
  • Demonstrate 3-5 years' experience of online merchandising for a high revenue and commercial brand website
  • Have prior experience in managing headcount
  • Be comfortable and competent working across a variety of systems and tools, including Google Analytics
  • Possess superior attention to detail, as well as a highly analytical approach to work

While this position is fully remote, my client are looking for candidates who are open to travelling to their Somerset headquarters several times per month.
