What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
- Overseeing the preparation and review of corporation tax and personal tax returns
- Providing technical tax advice to clients on a range of tax matters (e.g. tax planning, restructuring, inheritance tax)
- Leading and mentoring the tax team to ensure consistent high performance
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and industry best practices
- Reviewing tax computations, disclosures, and handling complex cases
- Managing risk and identifying areas for client service improvement
- Liaising with external advisors and regulatory bodies as required
What You'll Bring
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a tax department and compliance cycle
- Deep understanding of UK tax legislation and practical application
- Excellent communication, advisory, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple client needs effectively
