We are looking for a SharePoint Administrator/Support Consultant to join our team in either our Chester or Manchester based offices.
This varied role will be to support our customers technically, promote the Support team’s products & services, help develop and implement new services and work closely with our Project teams to give the customer an end to end solution.

- You are from a consultancy, administrative or support background and put your clients at the heart of what you deliver
- You have a good understanding of Microsoft products & services such as SharePoint & O365
- You are positive, proactive in terms of finding solutions and want to grow your skills
- Provide 2nd line B2B Support for Microsoft services
- Work closely with our Project teams ahead of moving projects into support
- Developing SharePoint and Office 365 opportunities, from leads and referrals
- Build rapport with existing clients to win and retain business
- Supporting WM Reply internally
- Work closely with the Support agents and the Support Manager to implement new solutions
- Help drive team growth
- Communicate product, service & industry updates directly to the client
- Attend regular client calls and visits to sites
- Support WM teams internally
Skills
- Web Agency, Support or Technical Consultant background preferred
- SharePoint product knowledge is essential
- Microsoft product experience. O365/SPO/Dynamics
- Effective problem solving and analysis skills
- A confident individual who is comfortable with technical & client facing discussions
- Experience in mentoring juniors is a bonus
- 2:1 Degree in an Information Technology based subject.
