Service Desk Analyst - Bracknell - £26,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I am currently working with a multi billion pound organisation who are looking to expand their Service Desk. This exciting company is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to help resolve IT issues.

This role will require you to be able to report into office full time, work shifted hours and on the weekend. However, after an initial onboarding process, the role offers a generous 75% remote working; on average you will be working one week every month in the office.

What will the Service Desk Analyst be responsible for?

The successful Service Desk Analysts will be assisting with tickets which could vary from password resets to troubleshooting software. You will also support users with Windows devices and need to be capable of picking up new skills; coupled with having a passion for IT.

Service Desk Analyst Requirements
  • Previous Service Desk experience OR an IT degree OR an IT Apprenticeship
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong appreciation for customer service
  • Passion for IT and learning

It would be great if you have experience with some of the following:
  • Windows 10
  • Troubleshooting VPN issues
  • G Suite / Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Epos System support
  • Hardware support
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • High 'first time fix' rate on ticket resolutions
  • Working within an ITIL environment
  • Retail background
  • Experience working in a fast environment
