Description

The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

  • Proactive credit insurance management
    • Working with the credit insurance broker to achieve insurance requirements in line with sales growth
      • Assessing credit worthiness of new and uninsured customers by completing due diligence on accounts and other financial information
        • Proactive management of uninsured customers
          • Regular meetings with sales to discuss potential sales pipelines and manage credit requirements
            • Creation of a formal credit risk management process
              • Management of cash collection process
                • Management of Key Performance Indicators and improvements
                  • Oversight of Sales Ledger Accountant
                    • Support of commercial finance duties
                      • Other ad hoc duties when required

                      The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:

                      • A strong credit control background
                        • Credit Insurance experience
                          • Due diligence experience
                            • Good interpersonal skills
                              • Attention to detail
                                • Analytical / system interrogation skills
                                  • Experience of identifying and implementing process improvements

                                  This role will offer a competitive salary between £28,000-£32,000 plus benefits.
