Are you an experienced Special Needs teacher that wants to take on a new challenge?
Well I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist setting based in Leeds who are looking for an SEN Teacher to join their team. To be considered for this role, you need to have a teaching qualification and ideally some experience working with individuals who have SEMH and/or Special Educational Needs. The position is full time and likely to go from temp to perm. If successful- you would be responsible

The responsibilities of this role include:
-Delivering KS3&4 in line with both the set curriculum and lesson plan for students
-Ensuring the classroom is a safe learning environment for the children
-Tailoring your approach to meet the needs of the individual child, using different learning styles to ensure each pupil is getting the full benefit from the lesson
-Communicating effectively with children, staff, parents and carers
-Reporting any issues, in line with school policy and procedure
The requirements for this role are:
-A DBS on the update service
-Experience working as a teacher
-A teaching qualification (NQTs are welcome to apply)
