Sales & Order Processing

Niche Cambridge company is looking for a switched on, hard working and self reliant communicator to join our team. Moussa Minerals & Fossils work with natural stones and products from the earth.

Role involves sales and order processing. Main duties include management of the order book, selecting suitable stock, communicating with customers, safe packing and courrier dispatch of goods, feedback on stock levels/availability/suitability, phone sales and follow up. Other duties include maintaining displays, pricing, restocking and assisting at international trade shows.

Succesful applicant must be comfortable thinking on their feet, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Accurate memmory for customer requirements and order details are essential. Role requires manual handing of boxes up to 25kg.

Previous Earth Science knowledge certainly useful, but not essential if other qualities fit and interest in our business is genuine. Training will be provided.
