Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: 1-5 Oldchurch Road, Romford, RM7 0BQ

Salary: Base salary of £27,000 - £30,000 pa depending on experience (Plus, monthly uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPI's. There is no ceiling to the potential earnings but year 1 OTE should be circa £45-50k, year 2 OTE £60-80k & year 3 OTE £100k plus.)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Shift and schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

We are expanding and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Please note that Sales Experience is essential for this role and candidates without this will not be considered for this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Your main duties will include (but will not be limited to):
  • Managing and growing a customer portfolio (business and personal customers)
  • Discussing customers requirements and providing them with options of solutions to meet their needs
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Ensure all customers are contacted in a timely manner
  • Providing quotes and processing orders
  • Keeping all customer records updated and accurate
  • Hitting agreed KPI's
  • Having a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines and takes accountability.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience is Essential for this role
  • Telephone sales experience is desired
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Driven to provide excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and develop
  • Desire to be the best and build yourself a successful career in the motor industry
