We are seeking lawyers who possess a specific interest in insolvency law who have a broad range of experience in restructuring work
Future associates should be keen to handle a range of insolvency & restructuring transactions and to do high quality work
Experience of working at a leading international law firm
Your role as an associate will include:
Advising clients on legal and commercial issues
Drafting/negotiating transaction documents
Managing and developing client relationships
Actively participating in business development/client events
Training/managing trainees/junior lawyers
You can expect to receive a wide variety of high quality work from a range of partners, with whom you will work closely.
Strong technical and commercial abilities
Able to work effectively as part of a team and supervise more junior lawyers / trainees
Highly effective communicator (both orally and in writing)
Able to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload
Proactive involvement in business development and knowledge management
