In addition, you will use data and information to identify trends and areas for improvement (be it quality, service or efficiency) as part of our continued commitment to deliver consistently high quality repairs and service.

There may be times when a specialist repair is not possible to be undertaken 'in-house' and where applicable, you will work with a range of subcontractors to ensure that repairs are carried out to the desired quality and cost standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent previous Supervisor experience gained within a maintenance company providing responsive repairs for the social housing markets.

The successful candidate should have: -

  • A good working knowledge of reactive repairs and maintenance, ideally within social housing (working for a maintenance contractor).
  • An understanding of contractual repairs response times using key performance indicators and how to best manage these.
  • Excellent understanding of a range of building trades as well as suitable technical knowledge to support decision making.
  • Demonstrable people management experience to ensure the effective management of our directly employed teams.
  • Highly developed customer service experience with the ability to deal with difficult situations and to resolve conflicts when required.
  • Strong IT skills - particularly the use of CRM (customer relationship management) systems such as Planet FM and/or Opti-Time. Equally, Microsoft Office package experience (such as Word, Excel) is essential.

If you are an experienced Supervisor, keen to join a business with an excellent reputation for delivering responsive repairs, we’d strongly encourage you to apply.

As a well established, progressive company we are committed to attracting and retaining individuals by offering an excellent benefits package that includes a wide range of core and voluntary benefits.
