Description

  • Being the main point of contact for all internal and external purchase ledger communications
    • Post and pay all supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
      • Complete bank reconciliations
        • Reconciliation of supplier statements
          • Liaising with managers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
            • To reconcile individual client accounts
              • Maintain bank reconciliation spreadsheet

              • Microsoft office packages knowledge
                • Good Sage Line 50 experience
                  • Experience using the Qube system will be advantageous but not essential
                    • 2 years+ Purchase Ledger Clerk Experience
