The Project Management team work within a dynamic Banking environment, with the purpose of ensuring approved transformational change projects and / or initiatives across group are delivered to time & quality within a defined project framework.


With a focus on positive communication, the team works with others, across and outside of the change function (Sponsors, Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Vendors, etc) to achieve objectives & build relationships to enable successful business outcomes across all areas of OSB/CCFS.


The team is located across all OSB group sites and therefore, this role could be based in Wolverhampton or Chatham, with travel being essential (when Government guidelines allow safely).

As Project Management Team Manager, you will:


  • Oversee the Project Management capability of the change delivery function
  • Support, coach, develop and appraise a large project management team (20 direct reports)
  • Nurture a proactive team, ensuring they develop key stakeholder relationships across the business
  • Ensure the project management framework deliver efficiently into the change delivery lifecycle
  • Build a continuous improvement framework for the function

  • Outstanding proven people management skills of a large team
  • Ability to gain credibility with a multi-disciplined team, with significant hands on experience gained as a Project Manager
