About the role

The Project Manager is business-critical to the successful and timely release of new Integrated Power Devices technologies and products to market.

What you will do

The successful candidate will drive the execution of complex multi-site R&D projects with high business impact, in accordance with the business group’s strategy.  This will be achieved through close collaboration with the technical team and other key areas of the organisation to meet project objectives as defined in the project plan, and within the agreed boundaries of specification, time, cost and quality.

What you will need

  • Degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Relevant project management qualification
  • In depth experience managing project teams and building high performance teams
  • Proven track record in the successful management and delivery of concurrent multi-million pound high impact projects
  • Understanding of Power MOSFET and/or gate driver IC design (preferred)
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages (preferred)

Expertise in some or all of the areas below will be advantageous

  • Understanding of semiconductor industry quality standards
  • Familiarity with technical risk management
  • Experience coaching and mentoring other project managers
