Location: The role is currently based working from home, however Domestic & General are committed to a hybrid way of working and as we open our offices soon, we will be moving to this. When we move to hybrid working the expectations will be to work 1-2 days per week in the office (however this may vary throughout the year). Reporting directly to the Head of Product this role will be responsible for supporting the international product team in designing, managing, and implementing innovative, exciting products across markets.Responsibilities:Assist the Product team in developing commercially viable product propositions that are attractive to customers and clients.Contribute towards the development and management of key strategic plans with particular focus on Subscription business in International markets.Manage test and learn programs in support of product development initiatives.Carry out Quantitative and Qualitative Consumer Research and Statistical Analysis to help support the development of new products.Attend product meetings to discuss the progress of your projects, present analysis and suggest improvements to the product portfolio.Work closely with Project Management to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects in relation to implementation of new products.Develop and maintain a competitive landscape outlook by benchmarking other competitors and market trends.Support & make suggestions to improve current International processes for setting up, developing, and maintaining our product portfolio.Attend local Country meetings and build effective relationships with the local teams.Continually communicate with the product & marketing departments both centrally and across the European offices working proactively with them to improve, track, and implement New Activity Briefs.Carrying out ad hoc analysis on behalf of senior leadership.Adhere to internal procedures and controls to ensure the integrity of the service to the client and compliance within the regulatory framework.About You:We are looking for an individual that is truly passionate about Products and development who is effective at building relationships and has strong communications skills and is keen to develop and learn.
