PRIVATE CLIENTS INSURANCE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Clark James Recruitment are a specialist recruiter within the Insurance industry covering London and the surrounding areas. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a High Net Worth Account Executive to join a large and exciting Insurance Broker in the South East London/ North West Kent area

The main purpose of this role is to service the HNW account, this would require visiting clients and converting new business enquiries, attending events and networking as well as maximising opportunities to write business with existing Commercial clients.

You would need several years of experience within a relevant Insurance role.  Private Clients/Personal Lines experience is essential and any experience of dealing with HNW policies would be a bonus as some of the risks involved are complex. This is a senior role so the company need around 5 years or more of experience.

 Main responsibilities will include:

• Deciding which insurers should be approached on specific risks.
• Negotiating the most appropriate terms for the client.
• Manage Client Service levels by identifying each client's service requirements and managing to ensure service meets agreed standards.
• Growing the revenue and profitability of the client portfolio.
• Retaining the existing client base and acquire new clients in accordance with agreed targets and objectives-using initiative and working independently within well defined boundaries

You must be a confident communicator as you will be required to liaise with clients in a knowledgeable manner and these are of a VIP nature so they expect a high level of service.

Salary is negotiable depending experience along with excellent benefits and a commission structure which should add to the solid basic too.
