The successful Office Administrator duties will include:

  • Offering assistance to colleagues and clients when required
    • Be able to influence the day to day running and development of the team as it continues to grow
      • Review incoming requests and administer them into the system in a timely manner
        • Liaise with colleagues requests to ensure their queries are being logged correctly
          • Allocate time lines
            • Contribute to the daily client calls when required
              • Be able to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload

              The successful Office Administrator MUST have:

              • Previous administration experience / senior within an office is desirable
                • IT skills - navigate around outlook, excel
                  • Good attention to detail
                    • Excellent verbal and written communication
                      • Good time management skills
                        • Ability to work well in a team environment.
                          • Ability to use own initiative
