The Company:
Our client is a well-established award winning international company

Main duties:
To generate new business for the Italian market in a high volume Telesales role
The Role:
- To develop the business within the Italian Market (via phone, emails, internet tools)
- To generate new business for the French market via cold calling in Italian
- To conduct cold calls into multiple management levels within an organization
- To develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- To follow up a mixture of warm and cold leads as well as lapsed accounts
- To negotiate, price, offer trials and close deals with customers
- To increase revenue by upselling and package renewals
- To assist the Sales Manager and other team members
- To achieve sales targets and KPIs

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience of cold calling or telesales background desirable
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
- Team Player
- Computer literate (excel / outlook…)

Salary: up to £28,000 pa OTE (£22k basic + commission)
