We arecurrently looking for a new IT Support Analyst.This is a key position based out of the Solent office with additional travel across our offices in Surrey and Hampshire.

The purpose of the role is to help support our user base and IT systems. You will primarily be responsible for triage of tickets being logged via calls and our email ticketing system.

Working with the Servicedesk and infrastructure teams to support the IT infrastructure, rollouts, migrations, projects and general day to day support of the business' people and technology.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute towards the IT departments ongoing projects which include rolling out business intelligence and automation technologies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for up to 450 users.
  • Triage of incoming calls and emails to ensure rapid allocation and resolution of tickets.
  • Signpost callers to existing solutions on the knowledgebase to educate them to resolve common recurring issues.
  • Work alongside more senior members of the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues.
  • Provide deskside, remote and Service Desk support.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to a wide range of users.
  • Be involved in company-wide technology roll outs.

The Person:

Required Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Some previous experience working in an IT Supportenvironment is required
  • Experience in Desktop and Laptop Support
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure is desirable
  • Experience of working with a Servicedesk ticketing and knowledgebase system
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Modern Management desirable
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Windows 10 skills is a must-have requirement
  • Understanding of Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP)
  • Degree in IT studies is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of ITIL environment is desirable
