We arecurrently looking for a new IT Support Analyst.This is a key position based out of the Solent office with additional travel across our offices in Surrey and Hampshire.
The purpose of the role is to help support our user base and IT systems. You will primarily be responsible for triage of tickets being logged via calls and our email ticketing system.
Working with the Servicedesk and infrastructure teams to support the IT infrastructure, rollouts, migrations, projects and general day to day support of the business' people and technology.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute towards the IT departments ongoing projects which include rolling out business intelligence and automation technologies.
