Are you aged 16-24, receiving Universal Credit and looking for an exciting new challenge at a market-leading software company?

Well, you’re in the right place. At IRIS, we are working alongside a new government scheme to create 6-month work placements in a variety of different departments, to kickstart the careers of young people like you. Our placements will give you the experience you need to get a foot in the door in your chosen profession.

We’re looking for someone to join the Kickstart scheme as a Human Resources Administrator.

What will you be doing?

You will deliver an effective and professional HR Administration service to the wider HR team.

The role will include working to strict deadlines and communicating regularly with the HR Team.

  • Assist in administering HR related documentation relating to the employee lifecycle such as:
    • Offer generation
    • Contract generation
    • Change letters
    • Resignation Processing
    • Probation Pass Processing
  • Adhoc project work as requested
  • Support in the management of the shared inbox as needed
  • Management of Employee files
  • General administration, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

What skills and experience do you need to have?

  • Admin Experience
  • IT Literacy Skills – Microsoft office
  • Team Player
  • High level of confidentiality
