Evergreen Marine (UK) Limited is in charge of developing UK and Ireland markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our London Head Office Human Resources team.

We are looking for a friendly, confident, self-motivated and conscientious employee.

HR Administrator Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support to HR Section
• Assisting with the recruitment process
• Creating, maintaining and updating personnel records
• Answering queries raised by employees on HR matters
• Monitoring staff attendance records
• Producing various reports for our headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan
• Assisting with payroll administration
• Preparing various HR-related documents

HR Administrator Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience
• Good computer skills (Excel - preferably at advanced level, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail is a must
• Good organisation, communication and numerical skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Good time-management skills
• Punctual
• General knowledge of HR/employment law or previous experience in HR field would be of advantage but is not necessary
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)
