As the Head of Professional Development (Wealth Management), you will be translating your practice and professional experience into our business and education product strategies.


You will be our lead SME in your area in CLTI, knowing your practice area inside and out including the latest trends and evolutions in the industry, bridging the technical and business worlds, and working with colleagues across our business to support the development and delivery of our education and product strategy and technical roadmaps.


You will be developing and owning the our education and training product roadmap, working with our Professional Development Managers and external SMEs to design the curriculum for our STEP and wealth management programmes, ensuring they are current, relevant  and meet the education needs of the industry.


You will manage a team responsible for the planning, delivery and in-life optimization of our existing and new thematic products and the product roadmap in conjunction with the overall commercial business strategy.


You will also be responsible for ensuring CLTI has a wide internal and external network of SMEs, tutors, content generators and thought leaders to deliver our product roadmap, ensuring the operational and commercial teams are fully trained on the value proposition of the products and that the product can be delivered effectively. 


You will develop and execute education KPIs and ensuring they are embedded in the design of

our programmes and content.

You will also need;


  • Practice experience in Private Client/Law/Accountancy or Fund Management combined with a relevant qualification(s) 

  • Experience of instructional design or delivering education or training products in a professional and localised context combined with an understanding of professional education and training and an ability to design and implement a holistic product design.

  • You’ll have superb communication skills to work with internal stakeholders, clients and students to ensure our education philosophy and products meet the needs of our diverse global markets

  • Good communicators, who demonstrate an understanding that product design and creation is a whole business endeavour
  • A leader who can bring a vision to the product development team and guide their deliverables
  • Decision-makers who can use their expertise when deciding on product development priorities
  • Ability to design and deliver an insight and research strategy to implement into a product roadmap and consequently deliver innovative content and learning opportunities in their products
  • Ability to communicate with customers, SMEs, internal stakeholders and senior management to develop insight, advocate and persuade for investment in the product roadmap
  • Understanding that product development is a cross-team endeavour and involve all the business in ownership and development of the roadmaps
