To support our growth and development strategy, we are looking for an innovative and creative individual to contribute to the development of our brand, product and our global community.
As the Head of Professional Development (Wealth Management), you will be translating your practice and professional experience into our business and education product strategies.
You will be our lead SME in your area in CLTI, knowing your practice area inside and out including the latest trends and evolutions in the industry, bridging the technical and business worlds, and working with colleagues across our business to support the development and delivery of our education and product strategy and technical roadmaps.
You will be developing and owning the our education and training product roadmap, working with our Professional Development Managers and external SMEs to design the curriculum for our STEP and wealth management programmes, ensuring they are current, relevant and meet the education needs of the industry.
You will manage a team responsible for the planning, delivery and in-life optimization of our existing and new thematic products and the product roadmap in conjunction with the overall commercial business strategy.
You will also be responsible for ensuring CLTI has a wide internal and external network of SMEs, tutors, content generators and thought leaders to deliver our product roadmap, ensuring the operational and commercial teams are fully trained on the value proposition of the products and that the product can be delivered effectively.
You will develop and execute education KPIs and ensuring they are embedded in the design of
our programmes and content.
We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...

You will also need;
Practice experience in Private Client/Law/Accountancy or Fund Management combined with a relevant qualification(s)
Experience of instructional design or delivering education or training products in a professional and localised context combined with an understanding of professional education and training and an ability to design and implement a holistic product design.
You’ll have superb communication skills to work with internal stakeholders, clients and students to ensure our education philosophy and products meet the needs of our diverse global markets
