HEAD OF IT 

In this I.T Manager role, you will join a progressive personal injury firm in Altrincham. You will manage the firm’s I.T systems, strategy and policies and supervise a small team. You will also be involved in managing the firm’s use of Proclaim.

The ideal candidate 

• An IT Manager with at least 2 years’ experience working in a law firm or regulatory environment
  
• Must have Proclaim/ case management experience
  
• Will have experience managing a small team
  
• Will be a personable and articulate communicator
  

The role

• IT strategy and policies – maintaining infrastructure and hardware, software solutions, disaster recovery, backup etc.

• IT Security

• Compliance with GDPR in a regulatory environment

• Supervising IT staff

• Procuring and managing 3rd party contracts/services, including: Proclaim, printer/scanners, apps, phones, IT support, broadband

• Managing internal support requests

• IT development projects

• Working with users to identify system improvements

• Case management (ideally Proclaim) development experience

• Managing VOIP phone systems

• Microsoft 365 Admin

• Responsibility for websites, and supervising web content and social media team

• Training users

• Data analysis (MI)
