Elevation HR are working closely with a highly successful fast moving manufacturing business.
Reporting to the board, you will work independently with the Senior Leadership Team to manage all HR tasks and provide a highly professional, progressive and confidential approach. You will support the Directors and Heads of Department in developing employee communications and a positive workplace culture. You will lead the HR function in responding to all operational issues such as legal, recruitment, training, contracts, career development, pay reviews and employee matters. There are also various HR projects within the five-year strategic plan which will require input and management.
Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified and have carved your HR career out within a manufacturing Environment. You will be confident and capable of working with senior stakeholders and being able to influence them.
