Help us power the deal economy

At Enable we’re building software that helps our customers seize every opportunity the deal economy represents. In doing this, we are one step closer in achieving our vision of intelligent plans connecting every business relationship. But we can’t do this alone. We’re looking for go-getters, innovators, and leaders who can take us to the next level in helping the world make better deals.

Enable is so much more than rebate management. It's the leading collaboration platform for maximizing the performance of your B2B deals while improving financial transparency and operational efficiency.

We're reshaping how B2B deals are deployed, managed, and measured to help both sides of the trading relationship succeed.

We launched our flagship product in 2016, and we’ve been growing our client base, product portfolio, and hyper-talented team ever since. In March 2020 we secured $13m in Series A funding led by Menlo Ventures with participation from Sierra Ventures, in our first-ever equity raise.

Join a forward-thinking team

We are seeking an entry-level product manager to join our product management team in our Stratford-upon-Avon office. We are looking for logically-minded individuals with the ability to deeply empathize with our customers, work collaboratively to develop the best ideas and solutions, and clearly communicate these solutions with customers and our software engineers.

As a product manager, you'll be working holistically over one or two areas of the product: learning from customers, solving complex and sometimes technical problems, and supporting new customer business processes. You will be working with senior team members and executives to help steer the roadmap, prioritize ideas that return more value to our customers, and implement our shared product strategy.

Our product management team works closely with our software engineers to define new scopes of work, and you will be required to clearly document detailed new requirements and changes to our product for our software engineers to execute. You will also be working closely with our customer success team as they work to onboard customers onto our product, identify opportunities for product growth and understand our customer's use cases.

You will be joining a small team of product experts, passionate about data-driven decision making, adopting product management best practices, and evangelizing about the product internally and externally. As a highly accountable team, you will be responsible for delivering customer outcomes at a fast pace in an environment of changing priorities.

What you need

To apply you must have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or other numerate subject (with a 2:1 classification or above). You must also have excellent written English skills, and we will look for you to provide examples of technical or complex writing as part of the interview process.

We are looking for an inquisitive candidate who asks difficult questions, grasps at the detail, and builds rapport quickly.
