Our client is a prominent golfing, members club and events space based in a picturesque rural location close to High Wycombe. They take pride in delivering exceptional customer service in a fun working environment.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager to join their innovative and lively leisure business. Reporting to the general manager, you will be leading the hospitality team to deliver an outstanding dining and guest experience.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily management of hospitality staff, arranging work schedules and planning strategies.
  • Preparing departmental budgets and monitoring of expenses.
  • Communicating with guests to ensure customer satisfaction and responding to queries.
  • Contributing towards food and beverage marketing programs and club promotions.  
  • Conducting stock management, budget administration and record keeping.
  • Collaborating with the chefs to review and approve menu concepts and designs.
  • Recruitment and maintenance of appropriate hospitality staff.
  • Leading departmental staff training to meet quality and service standards.
  • Cooperating with team leaders at board meetings to promote and drive revenue initiatives for the club.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be eligible for this rewarding Food and Beverage Manager role, you should have the following skills and qualities:

  • A genuine passion and interest in golf and the golfing lifestyle.
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a similar organisation.
  • A current UK driving licence.
  • Excellent people skills and enjoy communicating with others.
  • Be passionate about hospitality and providing guests with an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Have good working knowledge of health and safety policies.
  • The ability to lead others to create an energized and positive working environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Familiar with food and beverage licencing regulations.
