Finance Analyst
Location: North Chailey, (Hybrid / Onsite)
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The Role
•Producing and analysing monthly management accounts
•Supporting the month-end close and budgeting/forecasting cycles
•Building strong relationships with budget holders, acting as a trusted advisor
•Developing dashboards, reports and visual tools that add real value
•Working with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance to support decision-making and planning
•Improving reporting processes and promoting consistency and automation
•Supporting statutory accounts, audits and other compliance returns
Skills and Qualifications
•Experience in a financial analysis or management account’s role
•Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
•Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused
•Able to work independently and explain financial information clearly
•Comfortable working in a changing environment with opportunities to shape and improve ways of working
•AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) (Desirable)
